Ordering
By Placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing an order with us.
These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. We use the ProVendor eCommerce system to process your order. When you order, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email.
Payment and Security
For your peace of mind and security your credit/debit card will be authorized and payment taken by ‘World Pay’, a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Payment will be taken in Pounds Sterling.
Customs & V.A.T.
For goods supplied to the UK and EU Countries, V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) at the UK rate of 17.5% is included in the cost of your goods.
All international packages are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery Information
Everything is sent with the understanding that you will need to provide a signature upon receipt. This is to protect both parties from fraudulent transactions. UK Deliveries are sent ‘Special Delivery’ or ‘Recorded Delivery’. Within the EU or other Northern Hemisphere Countries they will be forwarded via ‘signed for’ postal delivery.
An Email will be forwarded on the date of dispatch advising the expected date of delivery with a reference number.

An Email will be forwarded on the date of dispatch advising the expected date of delivery with a reference number. Delivery dates are estimates only. Absolutely Divine Ltd can take no responsibility for delays caused during shipping.
Returns
We offer a 14 day, money back guarantee. Upon receipt of your purchase if you find that it is unsuitable, then you can return it in it’s original condition and packaging. Earrings cannot be returned if removed from the seal bags. You must obtain a return authority by contacting our office via e-mail. You will need to state a reason for the return before being issued with your confirmation number. The item can only be refunded to the original purchase card. Returned items should be insured by you and sent ‘Special Delivery’ or ‘Signed for’, at your expense. We will then inspect the item and upon approval, refund your card.
Privacy
Any personal details you have given us are used solely for processing your order or to supply you with information you may have requested. We DO NOT pass on your emails or any details to third parties. We do not hold your credit card details in our system.
